Question: is the 4th and 5th mousebutton somehow already covered by Qt and how
do we enable it in all apps like binding it to back/forward shortcuts ? Any
ideas appreciated :-)

The intellimouse (explorer, optical, ...) mice have 5 buttons, with two being
on the side that default to being used for back/forward in IE, which many
people (myself included) become accustomed to. Mozilla and Phoenix support
this, it's the only thing preventing me from using Konq most of the time. :)
