[PATCH] smbview.cpp and password

smbview.cpp used to pass the password to smbclient via the command line, 
visible for all. I had changed that by passing the password via the 
environment. (Part of KDE 3.0.5a) 

Florian Weimer <Weimer at CERT.Uni-Stuttgart.DE> noted today that in some 
operating systems the environment is also publically accessible. The attached 
patch addresses this by writing the passwords to a file instead.

The patch still needs testing.
