Looks nice, but I the problem is that this sort of (HTML based) theming really 
goes beyond out current icon set implementation. kstart, about:konqueror, 
khelpcenter and the kcontrol index pages all suffer from this. I use Slick 
but kstart uses Crystal nonetheless, and the HTML templates don't have theme 
support either. KMail and KbugBuster also have some custom widgets for 
(mail/bug) headers, just like this alternative khelpcenter header.

I'm not against (optional!) HTML widgets in apps to make things look nicer, 
but they should theme along with the user preferences for color schemes and 
icons. Not entirely sure how that should be implemented, though.
