KDE 3.1: delayed

Just wanted to add my $0.02 worth.... Please do what others haven't 
(i.e. Microsoft) and wait until the release is security bug free to 
release. Then rather than spend a lot of time back-porting and fixing 
urgent bugs the developers and the packagers can move towards 3.2. I 
few weeks extra in releasing 3.1 will not hurt the users and if you 
give an explanation after the release you will make friends and people 
will thank you for taking the extra time.
