[RFC][PATCH] kwin/workspace: don't force new placement after moving to different desktop

no, several xin screens are part of one virtual desktop (wild guess :).
the idea is, that there are other windows "in the way" on the other
desktop, so it would make sense to find a new free space for the window.
anyway, i found that behaviour highly annoying as well.
