Conflict between kcontrol->style->misc->"enable tooltips" and kcontrol->panel->apparence->"show tooltips"

Ok I look at qt doc it's right but disable in kcmstyle "enable tooltips" and 
kicker tooltips was disable.
=> there is a bug ....
=> we must reload kicker config when we apply kcmstyle parameter !
