[PATCH] Make finish/cancel/help buttons follow the icon settings..

Hi.. Right now KWizard forces all buttons to have icons on them regardless of 
global icons-on-buttons settings. I've first patched it locally to follow the 
setting entirely, but it felt that the lack of back/forward arrow was really 
missing; thus the attached  patch is a compromise -- it makes the buttons 
other than prev/next follow the preference, but keeps the arrows on all the 
time. Comments?
