Well, I'd say libpsi simply isn't ready for inclusion yet because it wasn't 
added to the feature plan, it uses nothing KDE yet, and no apps in KDE use 
it yet.  I figure by KDE 3.2 we'll see kopete, kit 2, the alternate 
address book, and parts of kdegames able to use it, and then it'll be ripe 
for inclusion.
