KDE 3.0.3 ahead

Hi, 

On next Wednesday we plan to tag KDE 3.0.3. There are few things which still 
need to be done till then, so please help with them: 

- Add entries about the changes in the branch to the changelog file, 
  available in CVS module www, directory announcements/changelogs

- Backport changes from the HEAD branch that you think are safe and
  are urgent enough to be in KDE 3.0.3. Please remember that those
  should not introduce new or change the old i18n strings. 

- Update to the current KDE_3_0_BRANCH and actually test it :-)
