Kpgp currently only handles text data and does not support symmetric 
encryption. Furthermore it calls the encryption programs in a very 
inefficient way. I will change the latter but IMO it would be better to 
write a new small KDE lib which uses GnuPG through gpgme for symmetric 
encryption.
