Different behaviour when browsing directories with konqy/kfile

KFileDialog does "dir->openURL( url )", where dir is a KDirLister instance. 
Are you using HEAD or a current KDE_3_0_BRANCH? redirects in kfile were sort 
of  broken in 3.0.
