Yes, I know. Can you please read what I wrote above ?
IMHO kmail should not encode the signature delimiter in quoted-printable,
because if it does, you never know if its the REAL signature delimiter or
just some RANDOM TEXT in the mail body.
So I think the fix should go into kmail rather than the bugs system.
