But maybe it also shouldn't appear when the target dir is actually
opened in Konqueror, i.e. the copy operation was made between two
konq views. I guess that's the case Chris is talking about, and in this
case, a button for opening the destination is indeed useless.
The IE dialog is ONLY for downloads - never as a result of a DnD -,
that's the main difference.
