Uh ? Not really. Have a look for example in kdegames/ at
doc/ktuberling/technical-reference.docbook
(it's just an example. There are *many* other examples available)

Well, the installation scripts currently install all the docs in a same
module.
And thirdly, don't do such a thing without doing the same with every existing
translation in kde-i18n/ module !
