KAudioCreator and AudioCD

Can these 2 please be moved to multimedia for 3.1?  AudioCD is in kdebase 
right now under the ioslaves and KAudioCreator is in kdenonbeta.  
KAudioCreator requires AudioCD and AudioCD requires cdparinia.

The check for cdparinia which is in the configure scripts of kdebase will 
need to be moved from the kdebase to kdemultimedia scripts.
