patch for KDockWidget (KDE-3.0.x and HEAD)

Hi!
The attached patch avoids unnecessary actions in the desctructor of 
KDockWidget. The result is it doesn't unnecessarily reparent to 0L any 
more and so on...
Please review for KDE_3_0_BRANCH and HEAD and give me the confirmation 
that it works OK.
