Am I allowed to add a new module to kde's cvs ?

This sounds very useful, not least as an example of how to use KParts.
I'm also interested in alternatives to KDesktop, and you mentioned some
sort of touchscreen capability, so it appears to become more relevant to
my work with every feature you describe.
