Kate Part state ;)

Hi,
short update about the current state of the kate part:
- normal editing "mostly" working (sometimes laggy, perhaps sometimes missing 
redraws :(
- folding works (which means: no crashs, which means not: perfect)
- no horizontal scrollbar at the moment
- no dyn. working word wrapping at the moment
- no bidi support in any way

What would be helpfull:
- people for bidi/wordwrap stuff (like the one who volunteered ;)
- people who help tuning the redraw stuff, fixing the scrollbar stuff
- other bugfixes ;)

What does not make sense at the moment:
Please no bugreports about the above mentioned probs ;)
