That is correct, it is used by Akonadi and KAccounts (including the Google
Drive KIO worker, which is the one that usually has validation issues)
I'm not expecting the move to having the project under proper organization
ownership rather than personal ownership to solve any validation issues,
but it might help the validation process itself.

It will certainly help ensure long term community ownership of those
resources though.
