Yes, it was just to give a pointer the discussion has already
happened. Few ML were archived/closed
(https://phabricator.kde.org/T16387), but most of them didn't have
answered so no action was taken.
I agree we should deactivate/archive a lot of mailing list (as you
said most of them have this mail as last mail so can probably
considered inactive and prone to be closed/merged).
