Replacement of Racnoss - Transition to Milonia

Hi all,

As previously announced to packagers about a week ago, Sysadmin has
been working on a replacement to Racnoss as part of recent
infrastructure work.

We have now commenced the transition process to the new system.

Everyone who was accessing the previous system, Racnoss, either as a
packager or as someone uploading files to our various content
distribution networks (including files.kde.org, cdn.kde.org and
distribute.kde.org) should now update their records and connect to the
new system instead.

The new system can be found under the name 'milonia.kde.org'

All existing data and access credentials have been carried over, so
account names and credentials will have remained the same. The only
exception is for those people still using DSA keys, which are no
longer supported. These people should update their keys on Identity
and then contact Sysadmin to have them updated.

Should anyone have any questions regarding this, or experience any
issues with any of download.kde.org, files.kde.org, cdn.kde.org or
distribute.kde.org please let us know.
