And no human will find it. Especially not for large applications and our already existing applications.
But there are things which can easily be automated:
• check whether there is a copying file
• check whether all source files have a valid copyright header
• check whether Messages.sh exists
• run what scripty does
The practical proposal is: get a room during Akademy and discuss what can be automated. Put that down on phabricator and let's work together to get it done. If I get a way to verify that KWin has everything properly translated automatically and not two years later in bug reports.
We are hackers - I don't accept answers like who is going to implement this. We just do! And yes that implies that I will try to help.
