Hello Tanzim,
first of all: Welcome to KDE!
We're always glad for new people showing up, even more so when they already 
know c++ :)
So, is there any pa project you're interested in? A particular application? 
Plasma? KDE Frameworks?
Many projects have their own mailing lists where people can point you to 
specific tasks they think are good for getting into their code.
