The fact that the office in Barcelona has worked is more complex than
just opening an office and hoping it will work.
It includes the fact that we already had a community going on in
Barcelona, that we had coordination within KDE Spain and BlueSystems
could cover the costs.

Personally, my suggestion today is that you try to organize a small
community and then see where this takes you.
This is the kind of things we do nowadays, not even in the office
because we can't have many people here.

Talk to people, listen to what others have to say and spread the value
we (KDE) are creating. :)
