I don't. I think it's ok to keep kde-devel and let people come to it and ask 
questions about using the KF libraries. Discussion about developing *of* the 
libraries themselves should be in k-c-d, alongside discussions that are affect 
the Plasma environment (e.g., launching of ioslaves).

However, note that we'll get a lot more support for the libraries if we *also* 
reply to requests in qt-interest.
