[kde-community] Bugzilla theme change

Hi all,

Due to incompatibilities introduced by the security update to Bugzilla
4.4.4, i've been forced to disable the custom theme we were previously
using to style Bugzilla.

The current default theme is now "Dusk" as shipped with Bugzilla itself.
If anyone finds any elements of other breakages which may have
occurred as a result of a wholesale shift back to default templates,
please let sysadmin know.

If anyone is interested in working on the custom theme to restore it's
compatibility, that would be appreciated.
