Thanks for bringing this up Thomas!

Having our own (open source) infrastructure is a good idea in my opinion.
I installed Jitsi Meet on my own server. You can reach it under [1].

To everyone who is interested: Please test it, use it and give feedback.
We can think about making this official infrastructure, if there is enough
interest from the community.
