[kde-china] Updated kde-workspace translation

Committed.

Issues found:
1. No space between English and Chinese in many places.
2. "The transation is currently ...ing" should be "事务正在做blablabla"
instead of "事务为....".
3. Some small copy-paste mistake.

Other changes:
仓库 -> 软件仓库
media change -> 更换安装介质
