[kde-china] Updated Chinese(simplified) translation

There are still some places modified comparing with your translation.
transportation - 运输,and some small parentheses issue.

And I noticed some other thing, poedit removed a lot of comment in po
file while lokalize keep them. I guess that would be another reason to
use lokalize.

For parentheses question you ask on irc, the original purpose is to
leverage the ugliness of () in Chinese font.
