[kde-china] I want to participate in trasnlating KDE documentation to Chinese

Hello all,
	As the subject says, I can do some trasnlation work of the KDE 
documentions. As an one-year user of KDE, I am glad to contribute to this 
project.

	I has a bachelor degree of electronic engineering of Tsinghua University.
