[kde-china] 关于11月8号预备会议所提出的提议

看起来现有提案即使有争议，争议也不会太大，不大会牵涉到要投票什么，最多就是提出个今后工作的todo list，每个人领个任务和抬头去罢了。

我个人认为人多些好，人多任务都能分配地多些，不知道大家如何看。
