[kde-china] 着手翻译kdbg

kdbg是我喜欢的一个程序，但它的软件包中并没有中文po和gmo文件，

前两天在KDE svn上看到了这个软件的中文po，最后修订日期是2003年1月。

应该算是很久没有更新了，所以打算接手这个po的翻译。

由于这个软件不是kde组件内容，我与kdbg的作者通过邮件取得了联系，下面是Hannes的回复

Translations are always welcome. I assume you know how to do the translation.
