  改为     Language-Team: zh_CN  <kde-china at kde.org>

2 建议翻译的流程：
  认领者在svn[1]上选取自己感兴趣的程序

       发信到邮件列表通知大家
                |
                |
     将翻译或校对完的po发到邮件列表上
                |
                |
   reviewer review过后回复 ---------->没有问题的直接提交
                |
                |
      翻译者重新校对和改进
