Why do phonon and kdelibs use their own FindQt4.cmake ?

We need fixes and enhancements in FindQt4.cmake faster than we can depend on 
new released cmake versions. So we have our own copy, which we can update 
whenever needed, instead of having to wait for (a few) months for the next 
cmake release and then forcing every developer to update its cmake.
