FindOpenGLES.cmake

Howdy,

I just committed an ugly hack to kde-workspace's FindOpenGLES.cmake.

Basically, you must have both GLES and EGL development packs installed to build successfully.

But in general FindOpenGLES.cmake needs a lot of love, if anyone is interested in working on it.

Doesn't cache variables for one thing.
And really doesn't follow our standards of doing things, just looks like
it was hacked together quickly. 

So looking for a volunteer on this one.
