That's right, but we also have a FindKDE4Workspace.cmake, since workspace 
installs several libraries.
Is that different from runtime ?

I also thought about this, and I think I agree that KDELIBS4_ would be a more 
correct prefix. 
But this has to stay that way at least for all of KDE 4.x.
