Hmm, we shipped both with KDE 4.3 and previous versions, so if there are no 
really good reasons (e.g. that there were never stable releases of these 
projects might qualify) we must continue to ship them.
(otherwise it's like just not installing a public header file anymore which we 
installed with a previous KDE release):
