Reduce this file to a minimal version, CMake 2.6.2 ships with a quite good and
improved (compared to this version) FindBoost.cmake.
For backward compatibility we're adding 1.37 to Boost_ADDITIONAL_VERSIONS, that
should stay the only version in this file, so once we update our cmake requirement
this file can go completely.
