Personally I'd say: Ditch the idea of having 1 CMakeLists.txt for all of
kdesupport. KDEsupport got a dumping ground for any KDE deps that are
not developed by kde-devs and its not realistic that these can all be
built from a common parent directory as they can (and apparently do)
have interdependencies.

That said, I understand the convenience and we're doing similar "bogus"
things in FindKDE4Internal.cmake. So unless Alex has a strong objection
I'd say its fine. Note that Alex won't be reading mails for at least
one or maybe two more weeks, so you might still want to wait (or at
least cc him on the commit) to get his opinion.
