OSX server can run in a VMWare Fusion VM on a Mac. There are no legal ways of 
running normal OSX on a server. I'd say the best call is to try and do a bit 
of fundraising (or ask the eV?) to get a Mac Mini and have that running as a 
Mac CI machine.
