CMake LIBMTP Version Detection

Or just remove the variables containing MTP from the cache, which you can do 
either directly in CMakeCache.txt (you shouldn't do that), or much more 
conveniently using cmake-gui, which has search, delete entries and much more 
features in a nice GUI :-)
