kdemultimedia - musicbrainz issues

Hello

In kdemultimedia, for libcddb one cannot effectively disable external 
musicbrainz library. Setting WITH_MusicBrainz=OFF still causes libcddb to link 
against existing musicbrainz in system.
I used to "fix" it with attached patch.
