Ok, I've done that now for all modules inside KDE (oops, kdewebdev is still 
missing).
So you should now be able to build complete KDE/ with 
KDE4_ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL_LIB_EXPORTS set to TRUE.

I think I'll remove that option next monday so it is enabled always for 
everybody.

I didn't have time to do it also for extragear.
