New target import

Hi,

I just tried the new exporting mechanism in kdelibs trunk and I found 
out that although the KDE libraries now don't have a fixed path anymore, 
the Qt Libraries still have. Attached is an example.
In that example it would be nice if we could completely get rid of the 
"C:/root-unstable" and instead use one root path.
Do you think this is possible in cmake or in the KDE buildsystem?
