For normal development "Debug" should be used, for just "running" kde4
RelWithDebInfo should be used. Some time ago we had a discussion here
about fixing Debugfull for cmake 2.6 and in the course of that I added
documentation at least in FindKDE4Internal.cmake. I can't remember
wether I've put up something on the CMake page on techbase...

So if the normal "Build KDE4" pages on techbase indicate debugfull that
should be changed to Debug or RelWithDebInfo - including the first
sentence above from me.
