Does this happen with FindKDE4Internal/KDE4Macros.cmake from current kdelibs,
i.e. from tuesday ? Revision 598892 should fix a problem we had before.
(btw. the concept that the source code influences the buildsystem is
convenient, but is also a bit strange)
