win-msvc port of kdelibs enters bug hunting level

Now the windows/msvc port of kdelibs reaches the level
of bug hunting: it compiles under msvc without errors
the library and its tests.

Thanks to cmake there are also project files for ide
which simplifies the hunt a lot.

P.S.
the only issue for the debug version is that you have
to delete the release Qt libraries to avoid linking
against it.
