cmake on windows

What exactly was the error you got?

Are you sure you're starting nmake from the correct command prompt? You
should use the "MSVC 200x Command Prompt", not simply cmd.exe (or,
alternatively, use a normal cmd.exe prompt and run vcvars32.bat)

Which MSVC are you using?
