FindQt4 misses libQtTest

Just to let you know:

Seems libQtSvg and libQtTest are missing in cmake/modules/FindQt4.cmake.
For me (SUSE 10.0) this breaks the build in kdecore/tests because QtTest 
is hardcoded in CMakeLists.txt (instead of qtTest_debug).
