ZLIB not being checked

After thinking a bit about it I also thought that maybe a better idea would be 
to make gzip required:

- macro_optional_find_package(ZLIB)
+ find_package(ZLIB REQUIRED)

Having a KDE on windows which can't deal with gzipped files would suck.
What do you think ?
